Chow Chian-chiu and Chow Leung Chen-ying are married Chinese artists

They moved to Hong Kong and established the International Studio of Chinese Arts. They later moved to the United States and founded the Chow Studio in Miami.

Mr. Chow Chian-chiu showed a talent at painting birds, before later becoming more committed to landscape. Mrs. Chow excelled at painting flowers and calligraphy that she got the nickname “Hibiscus Leung”.

Camellia japonica (the Japanese camellia) is one of the best known species of the Camellia. Sometimes called the Rose of winter. It is the official state flower of Alabama.

The genus Camellia was named after a Jesuit priest and botanist named Georg Kamel.

Narcissus is a genus of perennial plants in the Amaryllidaceae family. Common names include daffodil, daffadowndilly, narcissus, and jonquil

Narcissus were well known in ancient civilisation. The exact origin of the name Narcissus is unknown, but it is often linked to the myth of the Narcissus who fell in love with his own reflection.
